Preview deployments

Every pull request gets its own deployment, separate from production.

A preview is a deployment of a pull request rather than of your production branch. It is how you look at a change before it reaches users.

How previews work

Open a pull request and SeneDx deploys it as its own workload, with its own URL and its own deployment history. Production keeps serving the branch it already serves: a preview is never promoted on its own.

Preview usage is metered separately from production, so it appears on its own line in the usage view.

When the pull request ends

Merging or closing the pull request tears the preview down and releases its resources. A cancel already under way is followed through rather than left half-done.
