Access and billing
How to get access during early access, and what billing will look like.
SeneDx is in early access. Nothing is charged today and no payment method is required.
Getting access
Sign-up is invite-only while we are in early access. Request an invitation at support@senedx.sn and tell us what you are deploying.
Billing
The paid plans are not open yet and their prices will be announced at launch. Billing will be in FCFA — West African CFA — with Wave, Orange Money and card. You will be told before anything is invoiced, and nothing is committed before then.
Support
Write to support@senedx.sn with the application's name and, if a deployment is involved, when it ran: we can read the same trail you can.
